We are honored to announce that our very own Dr. Mariah Smith has been selected by her colleagues to be the Nevada Optometric Association's Young Optometrist of the Year for 2018! This is, in part, for her efforts to modernize the Nevada statute regulating the practice of optometry, which has not had a comprehensive overhaul in decades. Dr. Smith was appointed by Governor Sandoval to serve on the Nevada Board of Optometry in 2016. Join us in a big CONGRATULATIONS!
